Request account & data deletion

Use the email address connected to your Raj E Panchayat account. If you are not signed in, we will send a verification code to that email before creating the request.

Alternative: email support@rajepanchayat.com from your registered email address with the subject Delete My Raj E Panchayat Account.

How deletion works

Verify identitySigned-in users use their active session. Other users verify by email code.

Account & data deletionAfter verification/review, the account and associated personal account data are deleted or anonymized, except records we must retain for legitimate legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes.

Data normally included

Raj E Panchayat account/profile identifiers such as name, email, mobile, avatar and Google-login association.
Saved account preferences, selected Panchayat/profile associations and account-specific service settings where applicable.
Other personal account data associated with the account where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

Data that may be retained

Payment/order, invoice, receipt, refund, tax or accounting records required for legal/business compliance.
Security, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute or deletion-request records for a limited legitimate retention period.

Retained records do not keep your app account active. Where feasible, unnecessary account identifiers are removed or minimized. Deleting a Raj E Panchayat account does not delete data held by independent government portals or other third-party services that you may have opened through our links.
