Payment Policy
This policy explains how Raj E Panchayat accepts, verifies and fulfils online payments for its own digital services, memberships and paid access.
1. Authorized Payment Partners
Raj E Panchayat may use one or more authorized payment gateways, acquiring banks or payment partners. Available payment methods can include UPI, cards, net banking or other methods supported by the selected provider.
Sensitive authentication data such as UPI PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password is entered and processed through the applicable payment provider or banking system. Raj E Panchayat does not require users to disclose these credentials to its support staff.
2. Order and Amount
Before payment, the checkout displays the selected service/item and payable amount. A local order/payment record is created so that the transaction can be matched with the correct user and digital purchase.
3. Successful Payment Verification
A browser redirect or screenshot alone is not treated as final proof of payment. Where supported, webhook/server callback and transaction-status verification are used to confirm the final status.
4. Pending or Failed Payments
- If the bank account is not debited and the transaction fails, the user may retry payment.
- If money is debited but the website still shows pending, the user should use the available payment recheck option or contact support with the Order ID and transaction reference.
- Pending transactions may later be confirmed, failed or reversed by the bank/payment provider.
5. Duplicate Payment
If the same service is charged more than once due to a verified duplicate transaction, the case can be reviewed under the Refund Policy. Gateway callbacks may be received multiple times; Raj E Panchayat processes verified gateway callbacks idempotently so the same payment does not activate the same purchase repeatedly.
6. Digital Delivery
Most services are delivered digitally through the user's account or the purchased page. Delivery may include membership activation, removal of applicable advertising for eligible premium access, document/content access, Panchayat-related digital access, or another service specifically described before payment.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and timelines are governed by the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are normally processed through the original payment source wherever supported by the payment provider.
