1. Website Purpose
Raj E Panchayat provides Panchayati Raj related information, public documents, forms, reports, blog content, digital tools, user services, paid access, and related facilities in a simplified format.
Information shown on the website may be collected from public sources, official portals, uploaded documents, or administrator-managed records. Users must verify important information from the official source before using it for legal, financial, administrative, employment, exam, tender, or official purposes.
2. User Account and Login
Some services may require account registration, Google Login, OTP verification, password login, profile details, or role-based access.
- Users must provide correct name, email, mobile number, and profile details.
- Users are responsible for keeping login credentials, OTPs, and account access secure.
- Any activity performed through a user account may be treated as activity of that account holder.
- Raj E Panchayat may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, false details, or violation of these Terms.
3. Documents, PDFs, and Downloads
Raj E Panchayat may provide PDF files, forms, orders, reports, documents, public records, downloadable resources, and linked files for convenience and information.
- Documents may be uploaded by administrators, collected from public sources, or linked from official portals.
- Users must verify the latest and official version from the concerned department or official portal.
- Website documents must not be treated as official certification, approval, sanction, or legal advice.
- Raj E Panchayat may update, remove, hide, restrict, or correct any document or content at any time.
4. Paid Access and Payments
Payment Gateway Terms
Raj E Panchayat may accept payments through Razorpay or other authorized payment partners. By making a payment, users agree to pay the displayed amount for the selected service and authorize the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet provider to process the transaction.
Payment success is subject to confirmation from the payment gateway and banking network. A pending or failed payment will not be treated as successful until confirmed.
- Paid access may include document view/download, premium facilities, subscriptions, user services, or other digital access.
- After successful payment, access may be activated instantly or after verification depending on service type.
- Users must enter correct email, mobile number, billing details, and service details before payment.
- Refunds, if eligible, will be handled according to the Refund Policy.
5. Secure Tokens and Direct Access Restriction
Raj E Panchayat may use token-based URLs, session checks, payment verification, access limits, and server-side restrictions to protect PDFs, files, downloads, and user-only content.
- Users must not modify IDs, URLs, tokens, query parameters, or request data to access unauthorized content.
- Users must not share paid download links, secure tokens, private URLs, or account-based access with others.
- Users must not bypass login, payment, AdSense flow, access checks, or server security restrictions.
- Users must not use bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated downloads, bulk download methods, or direct server file access.
- Violation may result in access cancellation, account suspension, blocking, refund rejection, or legal/technical action.
6. Advertisements
Raj E Panchayat may display advertisements, including Google AdSense ads, banner ads, popup ads, or sponsored content. Advertisements support website operation.
Raj E Panchayat is not responsible for third-party advertisement content, advertiser claims, external websites, products, services, or transactions made through ad links.
7. User Conduct
- Use the website only for lawful and genuine purposes.
- Do not upload, submit, or share false, harmful, copyrighted, offensive, spam, malware, or restricted content.
- Do not hack, overload, damage, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the website, database, payment, login, or admin systems.
- Do not claim Raj E Panchayat content as official government certification unless verified from the official source.
8. Admin Rights and Service Changes
Raj E Panchayat administrators may add, edit, update, hide, remove, restrict, or delete content, users, documents, blog posts, payments, listings, files, categories, or services where necessary for accuracy, security, compliance, or operation.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, pricing, page, or service without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Raj E Panchayat will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, financial, legal, administrative, data, or service-related loss arising from use of the website, reliance on information, payment failure, document mismatch, third-party links, advertisements, downtime, technical issues, or unauthorized access.
