3. Consent Notice

Raj E Panchayat collects and processes personal data only for specified purposes such as account login, service access, payment processing, PDF view/download access, refund support, grievance handling, security, fraud prevention, communication, and legal compliance.

By submitting information, logging in, using Google Login, making payment, or using services, users provide consent for processing necessary data for those purposes.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

Users may request withdrawal of consent for optional data processing by contacting Raj E Panchayat support.

Withdrawal of consent may affect services that require data processing, including login, payment records, paid document access, download history, support, refund processing, and account features.

Users may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete profile information. Raj E Panchayat may verify the user’s identity before making changes.

Payment records, invoices, transaction IDs, document access logs, and security logs may not be editable if they are required for audit, legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of account or personal data where legally permitted. After deletion, some services may stop working and the user may lose access to account-based records or paid services.

Some data may be retained if needed for payment history, refund verification, invoices, tax/accounting requirements, fraud prevention, security logs, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service history.

7. Security Measures

Raj E Panchayat uses reasonable security measures such as login protection, session management, CSRF protection, role-based admin access, secure download tokens, payment verification, database controls, server restrictions, backups, and activity monitoring.

Users should protect their password, OTP, device, email account, Google account, and payment credentials. Raj E Panchayat will never ask users for UPI PIN, card CVV, OTP, net banking password, or full payment authentication details.

8. Third-Party Processors

Raj E Panchayat may use trusted third-party services for payment processing, Google Login, advertisements, hosting, analytics, email/SMS, backups, security, and technical operations. These third parties may process limited data necessary to provide their services.

Users may contact Raj E Panchayat for privacy questions, correction requests, deletion requests, withdrawal of consent, payment data queries, or data protection grievances.
