Official FAQ के अनुसार VB-G RAM G Act के works चार मुख्य thematic domains के तहत sustainable और resilient rural development पर केंद्रित हैं। सभी works को local planning, technical sanction, applicable Schedule/Guidelines और Viksit Gram Panchayat Plan (VGPP) के अनुरूप लिया जाना चाहिए।
1. Water Security Works
- Water conservation और harvesting structures.
- Recharge, ponds/tanks, drainage और local water management.
- Soil-moisture conservation से जुड़े plantation/afforestation works.
- Village water resilience और source sustainability से जुड़े approved works.
2. Core Rural Infrastructure
- Rural connectivity और community infrastructure.
- Gram Panchayat/Anganwadi/public-use structures जैसी approved assets.
- Sanitation, waste-management और common village amenities.
- Convergence के तहत eligible public infrastructure works.
3. Livelihood-related Infrastructure
- Rural haat/market और livelihood support assets.
- SHG, storage, skill/work-shed जैसी approved infrastructure.
- Agriculture, livestock, fisheries और value-chain support works.
- Community livelihood assets and convergence projects.
4. Extreme Weather Mitigation
- Flood/cyclone/disaster mitigation और resilient community assets.
- Embankment, drainage और protective structures.
- Post-disaster restoration के approved works.
- Climate resilience, shelterbelt/fire-management जैसे local approved works.
VGPP क्या है?
Viksit Gram Panchayat Plan Gram Panchayat का participatory, convergence-based local development plan है। Official FAQ के अनुसार Act के works VGPP से originate होने चाहिए और Gram Sabha approval/participatory planning से जुड़ते हैं। इसका उद्देश्य जरूरत-आधारित और multi-funding convergence वाला village development plan बनाना है।
क्या PMAY-G work लिया जा सकता है?
Official FAQ के अनुसार PMAY-G housing works के लिए applicable guidelines के अनुसार 90/95 person-days wage support लिया जा सकता है। Exact sanction और eligibility local/State implementation rules से verify करें।
Contractor और machines का नियम
- Act से financed works के execution के लिए contractors engage नहीं किए जा सकते।
- Works manual labour से किए जाने हैं और labour-displacing machines को जहाँ तक practicable हो avoid किया जाना है।
- District level पर material component expenditure 40% से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए, official FAQ के अनुसार।
Peak Agriculture Season
States को sowing/harvesting के peak agricultural seasons को cover करने वाला कुल 60 days तक का period notify करना है, जिसके दौरान Act के works नहीं लिये जाएंगे। State-specific notified dates अलग हो सकती हैं।
